Successor to the Sennheiser HD 595, this classic piece comes in beige color with wood burl accents, which is opined to have been inspired from the Euro sport sedan interiors. The HD 598 is a circumaural, i.e. it encompasses the user’s ears; and is hence presumed to be relatively heavier in nature.

The cable is around 10 feet long and plugs into the left headphone with a twist-and-lock system; ensuring it does not come off if the cable is stepped on.
