Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the VeePayNG platform or purchasing Wi-Fi access.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Operator”, “Reseller”, or “Customer”) and VeePayNG (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the VeePayNG website, automated hotspot management tools, payment integrations, and associated services.

By creating an account, connecting a router, accessing our portal, or completing a voucher transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Services

VeePayNG provides cloud-assisted automation software for MikroTik RouterOS hotspot operators. Our platform enables operators to:

  • Integrate payment gateways (including Paystack and Flutterwave) for automated customer voucher purchases.
  • Synchronize hotspot user profiles, bandwidth limitations, data quotas, and session timers directly with MikroTik routers.
  • Generate, manage, track, print, and clean up Wi-Fi access vouchers.
  • Provide a self-service captive portal and online storefront for end-users to acquire immediate Wi-Fi access.
Important Note: VeePayNG is an automation software provider. We do not provide physical internet connectivity, telecommunications spectrum, or internet service provider (ISP) feeds. Physical network quality, signal strength, and bandwidth delivery remain the sole responsibility of the respective hotspot operator and their chosen ISP.

3. Operator / Reseller Accounts

To use VeePayNG as a hotspot operator, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete business and contact details. You agree that:

  • Account Approval: Newly registered accounts are subject to administrative review and approval before voucher selling features are activated.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API secrets, and router authentication details. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
  • Compliance: You must comply with all applicable local telecommunications regulations, licensing guidelines, and cybercrime laws governing internet resale in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing, Platform Fees & Wallet System

VeePayNG provides flexible billing models for operators to maintain access to automated selling features:

  • Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG): A configured percentage commission is deducted automatically from your platform wallet for each successfully paid voucher sale.
  • Monthly Subscription: An optional flat monthly fee that covers unlimited voucher sales during the subscription period with zero per-sale commission.
  • Platform Wallet: Operators maintain a prepaid wallet balance to cover PAYG transaction commissions or monthly subscription renewals. If your wallet balance is insufficient, automated checkout for your hotspot storefront may be temporarily suspended until the wallet is funded.
  • Non-Refundable Platform Fees: Wallet top-ups and platform commission deductions are earned upon successful transaction processing and are non-refundable.

5. End-User Voucher Purchases & Wi-Fi Access

For end-users purchasing Wi-Fi vouchers through an operator’s storefront:

  • Voucher Credentials: Upon confirmed payment via a supported payment gateway, your voucher username and password (or PIN) are displayed on the confirmation screen and delivered to your provided email address.
  • Validity & Limits: Each voucher is subject to the specific duration, data cap, and device limit specified at the time of purchase. Time limits begin either immediately upon first login or upon voucher issuance as determined by the operator’s profile settings.
  • Expiration & Cleanup: Vouchers automatically expire once validity or data caps are exhausted. Expired vouchers are automatically cleared from the router database.
  • Refunds: Because vouchers grant instantaneous access to network bandwidth, voucher sales are non-refundable once issued, unless verified technical failure prevented credentials from being generated or recognized by the router. Refund inquiries must be directed to the operator using the WhatsApp contact details displayed on the purchase page.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

All operators and end-users must use the network responsibly. You agree NOT to use the platform or connected hotspot networks to:

  • Conduct illegal financial schemes, phishing, fraud, or identity theft.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, worms, or engage in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Transmit uninvited mass advertising (spam) or harassing, defamatory, or unlawful material.
  • Interfere with, intercept, or tamper with the platform’s WireGuard tunnels, API communications, or other operators’ routers.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination, blacklisting of router IPs, and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies.

7. Hardware & Network Availability

VeePayNG communicates with your MikroTik router over secure API connections or WireGuard virtual private network (VPN) tunnels. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • VeePayNG is not liable for service interruptions caused by power outages at the router site, hardware failure, faulty cables, or local ISP downtime.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your MikroTik router remains powered, properly configured, and connected to the Internet.
  • Periodic maintenance sweeps are performed automatically to clean up expired sessions and ensure smooth router operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeePayNG, its directors, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or inability to use the platform or hotspot network.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Downtime or network failure of third-party payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave) or upstream internet providers.

The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • We detect fraudulent, malicious, or abusive activities associated with your account or router.
  • Required by law enforcement or a competent regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Any accrued rights and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
